ShotXero is sold as a $6.99 lifetime purchase. Purchases are processed directly through third-party platforms (Apple App Store and Google Play Store) with entitlement management facilitated by RevenueCat.

1. Store-Managed Refunds

Because all billing and financial transactions are securely handled directly by Apple and Google, AUTOMATECORE PTY LTD does not have direct access to your payment details or the ability to issue direct financial refunds.

2. How to Request a Refund

• iOS (Apple App Store): Submit your request directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Android (Google Play Store): Request a refund via Google Play's order history page or help center within the applicable refund window.

3. Statutory Guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or guarantees you have under Australian Consumer Law. If you experience technical failure or entitlement issues, please contact us at hello@shotxero.com so we can assist in restoring your lifetime access via RevenueCat.
