Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ShotXero mobile app and website owned and operated by AUTOMATECORE PTY LTD (ABN 40 684 872 820), based in Western Australia.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ShotXero, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Lifetime License Grant

Upon payment of the one-time $6.99 fee (or converted local store currency), AUTOMATECORE PTY LTD grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ShotXero on compatible devices linked to your Apple ID or Google Play Account.

3. User Responsibilities & Photo Deletion

ShotXero provides interface actions enabling users to organize and delete media from their device camera roll. You retain full responsibility for confirming items marked for permanent deletion. AUTOMATECORE PTY LTD is not liable for inadvertent data loss resulting from user actions within the app.

4. Intellectual Property

All software code, visual elements, graphics, and trademarks associated with ShotXero belong exclusively to AUTOMATECORE PTY LTD. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, ShotXero is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AUTOMATECORE PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app usage.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
